Headshot information.

• Please ensure the background is plain and that there is no one else in the shot.

• Please ensure that shoulders are covered and that there are no logos.

• Neutral or no make-up.

• Please ensure the photo is of good quality and not grainy (no photos taken of other photos please)

• Using a phone to take a shot is fine however good lighting is the key. Light from all directions looks best and reduces shadows, so taking a photo at a window or outside is preferable unless you are lucky enough to have photographic lighting.

• Please name the photo.
