Performing Arts Teachers for our:

(Mondays - some Tues & Sats in the build up to the show.)

TEACHING POSITIONS AT ACADEMY PERFORMING ARTS
Musical Theatre, Dance, Singing, & Acting teachers required - We especially welcome applications from those who can teach more than one discipline.
We would also love to hear from Musical Directors & also students in training interested in becoming Assistant Teachers.

Teaching Roles: Individuals skilled in teaching children to Sing, Act or Dance -or a combination of two or all three disciplines are employed at the school on a self employed basis.
​
Teacher Qualifications/Experience: We’re ideally looking for teachers with extensive teaching experience, a qualification from a top Conservatoire/College & professional credits.
Above all else we look for people who are energetic, enthusiastic and supportive of our fabulous students.​
Assistant Role: Support our team and any child that needs additional TLC as an assistant.If a team member is off then you will be asked to cover their classes as a teacher!
Qualifications/Experience: This is an entry-level job and perfect for a student at a top conservatoire/college or someone who would like more teaching experience! Extensive teaching experience is not necessary, but please highlight any experience you do have with young people in your application.
We are looking for someone who is kind, passionate, patient and shows initiative. You will be supported by our Principal Nina Jones. Additional training and experience can be provided on the job depending on what you need!
PAY
Assistant: £10.00-£15.00ph
​
Teacher in Training: £13.50 - £19.50ph
as an undergraduate, dependant on teaching and performing experience
​Teacher: £20ph-£30ph
Post graduate dependant on teaching and performing experience.
